
We built Ordana because we’ve lived the pain of running complex commerce and distribution operations.Despite decades of software innovation, wholesale orders still arrive through phone calls and unstructured channels, creating constant friction, missed calls, and manual work. We saw firsthand how voice remains one of the most critical yet underserved parts of wholesale commerce.
After building and deploying Voice AI systems used by over 300 merchants in live production, it became clear this problem didn’t need another interface — it needed automation that works the way the industry already does.Ordana allows retailers to order naturally, including by phone, while AI agents handle intake, confirmations, substitutions, and direct entry into distributor systems. Orders move faster, phones are always answered, and operations run around the clock.
