You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ordana and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of Ordana after any modifications signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
